At Up Dog Shop, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your style. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags still attached, into their original packaging or a secure mailing polybag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from your email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
